Recommended for ages 7+

This is an opportunity for the whole family to see an amazing selection of films from around the world. Stay for a few, or stay for them all; there are five short film programs to choose from; there are five short film programs to choose from: Family Shorts, Fun Films, the Indigenous Spotlight, More Fun Films, and films that are Made in BC.

Add workshops to the mix and make your own animation using some wacky props, and paper cut-outs. With all of this excitement, you’ve got a truly irresistible afternoon filled with activities for kids from ages 4 and up. 

Come early for the  Pancake Breakfast in the morning, its included in the price of admission: $5/person, for the entire day! 

Family Shorts

This program of short films has animals, trains, wind and robots take us on eventful journeys that will make both young and old laugh, learn, and ponder life's lessons.

Fun Films

Recommended for age 7+

This series of ten films from six countries features young protagonists facing challenges, using their imagination, fitting in, or finding the courage to stand out. There is a ghost, a singing car, and a boy who could be god.

Indigenous Spotlight

This short film program invites young audiences to explore the joys and challenges of native experience in our world today.

Join us on a journey to Uruguay, Argentina, Iran, and the U.S. Meet a black crow searching for its identity and a young girl discovering the meaning of home. Window to Another World

Everyone has different life experiences and challenges. One person’s nightmare is another person’s dream. Things that seem everyday for some of us, are a struggle for others. The films in this program provide a glimpse into the worlds of an aspiring jazz singer, a father who learns an important lesson, and children in a remote village that become connected to the internet for the first time.
